The Right-to-Know law is Pennsylvania’s open records law. It requires government agencies in the Commonwealth to provide access to and copies of public records. District Policy 801 outlines the process for individuals to make a formal right-to-know request for West Branch Area School District: School District:

All requests to West Branch School District under the Right-to-Know Law must be submitted in writing to the district’s Right-To-Know officer. The requester must complete the West Branch Right-to-Know Request Form: Right-to Know Request Form (pdf).
