Immunization Requirements 2024-2025
Reminder to parents/guardians of required immunizations to start the 2024-2025 school year:
To enter 7th grade, students must have a tetanus booster (Tdap) and meningitis (MCV). To enter 12th grade, students must have a second dose of meningitis (MCV). Multiple letters have been sent out to students that do not have the required vaccines on file. If you have not yet submitted an updated vaccine record to the school nurse, it can be faxed to 814-345-3913. Any questions concerning the required vaccinations can be directed to the school nurse at 814-345-5615 ext. 5000 or by email at bbriskar@westbranch.org. The school nurse will be available during Meet the Teacher Night, 8-21-24, from 5-6:30pm to answer any questions. At that time, parents may also drop off medications and doctor orders for the new school year.
