2022 Homestead-Farmstead Application
All West Branch ASD property owners are eligible to complete a 2022 homestead – farmstead exclusion application. Completion of the application does not guarantee an exclusion or partial exclusion. Exclusion applications can be picked up at the Clearfield County Assessment Office located in the Courthouse Annex, 230 East Market Street, Clearfield, PA 16830. All questions should be directed to Clearfield County Assessment Office by visiting their office or by calling 814-765-2641.
