COVID-19 Parent Alert 5/4/2021

Good Afternoon. This is Micki Dutrow, Superintendent of Schools. Please be advised that, as of late this afternoon, we have confirmation regarding new positive COVID-19 cases at both the Elementary and Middle/High Schools including students and employees (Grades 1 and 2; Grades 5, 7, and 8; and Cafeteria)   As a result of these new cases within both buildings, West Branch Elementary as well as West Branch Middle and High School will be moving to a Full Remote model at the close of business today. We will be closed for the remainder of this week. The building and grounds will be closed for all events/activities until we reopen as per DoH guidance. We will tentatively reopen both buildings for in-person instruction on Monday, May 10, 2021. Students are expected to remote in for their classes beginning tomorrow morning as per the schedule previously shared. Attendance is required. Teachers will send updated information as needed. If the plan changes, we will provide further communication. Thank you.
