Food Service Management Bid

The West Branch Area School District (WBASD) is requesting proposals for school food service management services.  The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) policies and guidelines.   Contact Erick Johnston, Business Manager, for the bid documents at ejohnston@westbranch.org or at 814-345-5615 x4850.

The WBASD Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.

A mandatory walk-through meeting is scheduled for March 15, 2019 at 2:00 PM at the WBASD Administrative office to proceed to the cafeterias.  The WBASD administrative offices and cafeterias are located at 516 Allport Cutoff, Morrisdale, PA 16858.

All FSMC proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM on April 8, 2019.   All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope marked “Confidential – Food Service Management Bid,” and addressed to the West Branch Areas School District as shown above.
