Parent Information
The Medication Administration Policy of the West Branch Area School District includes ALL medications, which includes over the counter medications (Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Tums, Lactaid, etc.)
The following are the mandated Department of Health school health screenings:
- HEARING: Completed on students in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 11th grade(s)
- VISION: Completed on all students in all grades
- DENTAL: Exam must be done for all students in Kindergarten, 3rd and 7th grade(s)
- PHYSICALS: Exam must be done for all students in Kindergarten, 6th and 11th grade(s)
- SCOLIOSIS: Completed on all students in 6th and 7th grade(s)
