SPECIAL MEETING                                                                                             APRIL 2, 2008

The special meeting of the West Branch Area School District Board of Directors was held in the high school library on April 2, 2008, at 6:50 p.m.

Members present:  Tim Eyerly; Tom Veres; Larry Allen; Gerald Coble; Mary Ann Couteret; Joseph Kovalcin; Ronald Mollura; Don Yontosh.  Members absent:  Larry Cowder

Patrick Lukasavich, D.Ed., Interim Superintendent; Miriam Ennis, Board Secretary; Annie Lynn, The Progress; H. Michael; Jeff Eyet; A. Koleno; L. Brewer

PERSONNEL:

Don Yontosh motioned, Tom Veres seconded, to approve James Dugan as temporary business manager at a cost of $300 per day effective April 7, 2008.  Motion carried.

Don Yontosh motioned, Mary Ann Couteret seconded, to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m.
