HEARING: Completed on students in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 11th grade(s)
VISION: Completed on all students in all grades
DENTAL: Exam must be done for all students in Kindergarten, 3rd and 7th grade(s)
PHYSICALS: Exam must be done for all students in Kindergarten, 6th and 11th grade(s)
SCOLIOSIS: Completed on all students in 6th and 7th grade(s)
