The Jr./Sr. High Bands at West Branch are under the direction of Mr. Gabel. The band activities at West Branch include Jr. High concert band, Sr. High concert band and Sr. High marching band.
The bands
at West Branch have been highly praised over its years of
existence. This
is evident by our many trips to march at Walt Disney
World over the Fourth of July holiday.
Also, the marching band
has
accumulated numerous awards
at local parades over the years for performance excellence. The marching band
performs at football
games as well,
helping to keep the Warrior spirit going.
Not only that, but also the Sr. High concert band has performed at the capitol building in Harrisburg. The Sr. High band also sends students to participate in the District Band Festival, which is held every year at different area schools.
The band at West Branch is a great tradition that will live on for many years to come.
