Advisor: Mr. Smeal

Students have a number of goals presented at the beginning of the year. Upon
achieving any one of these goals, with the supervision of an advisor, you will receive a
Power Club tee-shirt.
The first award is the 1000 pound club. For this club you must
lift a total of 1000 pounds in three major lifts.
1. Dead lift
2.Squat
3.Bench Press
The second award is called strength over bodyweight. For this
effort you must meet the following 2 of 3 goals.
1.Bench 75 pounds over your bodyweight
2.Squat 125 pounds over your bodyweight
3.Deadlift 150 pounds over your bodyweight
The last chance you have at receiving a power club tee-shirt is the Dedication/Attendance award. For this award you must attend 35 weight lifting sessions, and fill in daily lifting chart to accumulate 35 for proof of lifting.
