WARRIOR POWER CLUB 

Advisor: Mr. Smeal



Students have a number of goals presented at the beginning of the year. Upon achieving any one of these goals, with the supervision of an advisor, you will receive a Power Club tee-shirt.

The first award is the 1000 pound club. For this club you must lift a total of 1000 pounds in three major lifts.
     1. Dead lift
2.Squat
           3.Bench Press

The second award is called strength over bodyweight. For this effort you must meet the following 2 of 3 goals.
1.Bench 75 pounds over your bodyweight
2.Squat 125 pounds over your bodyweight
     3.Deadlift 150 pounds over your bodyweight

The last chance you have at receiving a power club tee-shirt is the Dedication/Attendance award. For this award you must attend 35 weight lifting sessions, and fill in daily lifting chart to accumulate 35 for proof of lifting.


To work your lat muscles you would use a pull down machine such as this one.

  This is a squat rack, it is a great exercise for your legs.

    Another machine you can use to work your legs. It is called a hack squat.

  This is our leg sled. It is easy to use and gives a good workout, but I recommend trying the squat rack.

  An excellent upper body workout is the bench press. A strong chest is great for every sport.
