Attention Parents of Sixth Grade Students: Students that will be in sixth grade are required to have the following vaccinations if they have not had them:1) Chickenpox 2) Three doses of the Hepatitis B vaccine If the student has had chickenpox (the disease), then a note from the student's physician, or parent indicating the date of the disease must be returned to the school nurse if you have not already done so. Therefore, if your child is currently in 6th grade please remember to ask your child's physician if your child is up to date when your child has his/her physical.
