REMINDER: If you are in violation of any of the attendance or discipline policies located in the student handbook it is possible that you will not be able to participate in any or all of the scheduled activities (parade, b-ball game, BBQ, trip, etc.).

NOTE: In order to attend the senior class trip and the BBQ, you MUST be graduating!

SENIOR CLASS TRIP NOTICE: Because the bus will go whether you do or not, any bus fare that you have paid WILL NOT BE REFUNDED after the cutoff date--NO EXCEPTIONS! Ticket money may still be refunded after that date.

X Sept. 14 - last day to submit suggestions for class symbol

X Sept. 16 - Election of class officers

X Sept. 18 - OFFICERS MEETING at 2:30 in Room 105

X Sept. 21 - vote for class symbols

X Sept. 22 - OFFICERS MEETING with Pete Burkholder from 1:00 to 2:30 in guidance conference room (designing grad. announcement)

X Oct. 16 - Pictures due to Miss Frank for yearbook submission

X Oct. 23 -- Last day to sign up for Halloween parade; COSTUME MUST BE APPROVED BY ADVISOR

X Oct. 30 - Halloween parade; Details; all detentions/suspensions/Sat. School must be served to date; not permitted to participate if in ISS

X Nov. 9 - 13 - Cookie dough sale (must sell min. 3 containers to go on trip)

X Nov. 16 - Cookie dough orders AND money due

X Dec. 16 - Cookie dough pick-up from 2:15 until 4:00 in the cafeteria (please make arrangements for someone to pick up your order if you cannot!!)

X Dec. 21 - Cap & gown measurements--POSTPONED

Jan. 21 - Receive graduation announcement information and order forms (2nd Period)

Cap & gown measurements during lunch period (location TBA)

X Feb. 11 - Graduation announcement order due -- MONEY DUE AT THIS TIME; EXTENDED!!!

X Feb. 22 -- FINAL day for ordering graduation announcements -- MONEY DUE AT THIS TIME: Graduation announcement orders (& money) due (NO LATE FEE at this time)

X March 1 - Donkey Basketball Game 7:00 Old Gym

X Apr. 1 - complete intention form for class trip during homeroom -- MUST BE GRADUATING TO ATTEND!!

X Apr. 5 - 9 - pay to go on class trip; BUS FARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER MAY 15--NO EXCEPTIONS!

X May 15 -- ALL COMMUNITY SERVICE HOURS MUST BE COMPLETED AND PAPERWORK SUBMITTED!!

X May 17-21 - Sign up for senior class BBQ/games/food -- MUST BE GRADUATING TO ATTEND!!

Jun. 4 - ALL OBLIGATIONS MUST BE FULFILLED; Paperwork must be turned in for trip!!

Jun. 5 - Class trip to Cedar Point; arrive for baggage check between 4:00 a.m. and 4:15 a.m.; Bus departs at 4:30 a.m. SHARP

Jun. 7 - Mandatory graduation practice all day*; Senior class BBQ 6:00 p.m. -- MUST BE GRADUATING TO ATTEND!!

Jun. 8 - Mandatory graduation practice all day*; PICTURE DAY!! (money due)

Jun. 9 - Baccalaureate ceremony at 7:00; auditorium

Jun. 10 - Mandatory graduation practice until 11:00 a.m.*; Graduation ceremony at 7:00; auditorium

* If you are leaving the school premise early, you must have the appropriate form signed and turned in to Mrs. Brickley prior to your departure.
