Dates to Remember

            

**Dates and/or activities subject to change at any time.  This is just a glimpse ahead for the year.

REMINDER:  If you are in violation of any of the attendance or discipline policies located in the student handbook it is possible that you will not be able to participate in any or all of the scheduled activities (parade, b-ball game, BBQ, trip, etc.).

NOTE:  In order to attend the senior class trip and the BBQ, you MUST be graduating!

SENIOR CLASS TRIP NOTICE:  Because the bus will go whether you do or not, any bus fare that you have paid WILL NOT BE REFUNDED after the cutoff date--NO EXCEPTIONS!  Ticket money may still be refunded after that date.

 
Sept. 7 - information submission for those interested in becoming an officer
Sept. 10 - Election of class officers
Sept. 14 - last day to submit suggestions for class symbol

              - OFFICERS MEETING at 2:30 in Room 160
Sept. 17 - vote for class symbols
Sept. 19  - OFFICERS MEETING with Pete Burkholder from 1:00 to 2:30 in guidance conference room (designing grad. announcement)--POSTPONED
Oct. 10 - Pictures due to Mrs. Hanslovan for yearbook submission
Oct. 26 - Halloween parade; Details
Nov. 8 - Donkey basketball game at 7:00 in old gym
Nov. 12 - 18 - Cookie dough sale
Nov. 19 - Cookie dough order due (money NOT due at this time)
Dec. 10  - Cap & gown measurements
Dec. 13 - Cookie dough pick-up from 2:15 until 4:00 (please make arrangements for someone to pick up your order if you cannot!!)
Jan. 3 - Receive graduation announcement order forms
Jan. 17  - Graduation announcement order due -- MONEY DUE AT THIS TIME
Feb. 8 - SECOND CHANCE: Graduation announcement orders (& money) due  (NO LATE FEE at this time)
Apr. 3 - complete intention form for Cedar Point trip during homeroom -- MUST BE GRADUATING TO ATTEND!!
Apr. 9 - 25 - pay to go to Cedar Point; BUS FARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER MAY 16--NO EXCEPTIONS!
May 12-13 - Sign up for senior class BBQ/games/food
May 30 - All graduation obligations must be completed
May 31 - (tentative only) Senior class BBQ -- MUST BE GRADUATING TO ATTEND!!
Jun. 2 - Cedar Point trip -- MUST BE GRADUATING TO ATTEND!!
Jun. 3 - Graduation practice from 8:30 until 2:00; PICTURE DAY!!  (money due)
Jun. 4 - Graduation practice from 8:00 until 2:00
Jun. 5 - Baccalaureate ceremony at 7:00
Jun. 6 - Graduation ceremony at 7:00
